Cancellation Policy

Please submit any cancellation via e-mail to

[email protected], or call on our business phone at +917047249713 within 2 hours from the time of order.

E-mail cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and e-mail address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to cancelling your order.

**Please note: We never call for credit, debit card, bank details or bank OTP etc. Please do not share any personal detail of your credit card, debit card and bank details or bank OTP. If this happens then please contact us immediately. For losing any kind of money for such incident Bengali Saree Online will not be responsible in any manner.


Refund Policy-

Refund/Return and Exchange Policy Customer satisfaction is our motto and prime objective. We are always looking forward to provide you the best products at market fair prices. We wish you happy for each and every time you buy from us. You can only request for a replacement/exchange/refund of payment of the product in case the error/mistake or in case of manufacturing defect is on our side. The above mentioned cases, we will arrange to collect the product without any shipping charges. Please create a parcel opening video when you receive the product. Parcel opening video must be needed for any type of return or replacement of any product. Please note do not send back an item without contacting with us. It is very important that you do not send an item back to us until you have verified/confirmed with us and no credit or replacement shall be given on such items. Products returned should be arranged by the customer in the original condition. Products that have been altered, laundered or worn will not be taken back. Copy of the invoice should also be sent along with product return as requisition. Products can’t be returned over the concern of price or shipment cost as you have already confirming to us when placing the order. Replacement/exchange will be processed once the products have been received by us in intact position and passed by our verification. In case of refund of Product price – refund will be done within 3 working days after receiving of Product unless the error is on our side on the earlier delivery. In case of replacements/exchanges you will be charged for receiving the alternate products unless the error is on our side on the earlier delivery. We don’t provide any guarantee or warranty or refund/replacement on product  colour or material issues after washing or wearing any of our product. No replacement/exchange will be offered for improperly/damaged packaged returns. As safe delivery to you is our sole responsibility, in the same way sending the products back safely to us is your sole responsibility. If something happens in transit and the package doesn’t get delivered to us, we are unable to cooperate with you. So, if necessary, please make sure to send through reliable courier agency only and forward the tracking details to us and keep the bill till the shipment gets delivered to us.

** Refund only possible before we despatch your product from our end. 

** Parcel Opening Video must be needed for return/replacement of any products which will be used as proof.

** In case of return/replacement customer have to ship the product (after consulting with our support team) to our given address in between 3 days after receiving the product/products. After 3 days of receiving the product/products no return/replacement request will be entertained or accepted.

** Refund/Replacement is only possible for in terms of any manufacturing defect

*** Replacement will be made after we receive the product back in genuine condition

*** Replacement will be made only for one time per order. 

*** Customer have to bear the courier charge for returning the product.

** Refund charge will be deducted from the refund amount which is Rs.100/- per saree.
