Q:Why should I buy from this site?
A:We keep an eclectic range of Handloom based Sarees including Jamdani, Baluchari, Kantha, Tussar, Matka, Muslin, Katan, Khadi etc. We are manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer and also work in close co-ordination with Weavers to ensure authenticity of products. Also, we are ourselves avid shoppers of Sarees.

Q:How do you ensure quality of the products?
A:Each product is hand-picked by the team. This is following by a detailed quality check. This ensures consistent quality.

Q:How can I buy a product listed on the site?
A:You may choose the product you like, select th eproduct colour from the drop-down list then click on ‘Add to Cart’ to ensure you have chosen the product. After selection, you may verify your choice and Proceed to Checkout. In the checkout page, just fill-in your basic information like Name, Address, email etc.

You may pay us through payment gateway using debit/credit card, netbanking etc. We use the safest and one of earliest payment gateways in India, Instamojo.

Q:What do I do if I have any questions?

Q:What do I do if a product is defective?

    A. No. We will start soon.

  2. What is the delivery charge for shipping within India?

    A. We provide free delivery on all of our products for shipping within India.

  3. Do you deliver in countries outside India?

    A. No we do not deliver in countries outside India.

  4. Can we order from your website if I reside in any other country other than that you mentioned?

    A: Currently we are not accepting payments from outside India.

  5. What are the delivery charges in India?
    A. We are providing Free delivery all over India. 
    We take utmost care in ensuring that the product is carefully handled and deliveries are timely.

  6. What are the delivery charges outside India?

    A. Delivery outside India is currently unavailable.

  7. Can I order an already sold saree?

    A. Yes you can always order a saree which is marked as sold. Do let us know about it over WhatsApp on +917047249713. We will confirm it to you after checking.

  8. Do all the sarees have blouse piece?

    A. No, all sarees do not have blouse piece. Displayed sarees that are with blouse piece are mentioned in the saree description.

  9. Can I return a product if I do not find it as per my expectations?

    A. Yes, you can return it within 3 days of delivery. For details, please refer Return Policy.

  10. Can I place a bulk order?

    A. Yes, for this please submit your quires at Contact Us page.

  11. Do you provide any colour guarantee or warranty after washing your product?

    A. We don’t provide any guarantee or warranty or refund/replacement on product colour or material issues after washing or wearing any of our product.
